Member Access to Vendor Proposal Notwithstanding any other information provided in this solicitation or Vendor designation of certain documentation as confidential or proprietary, Vendor’s acceptance of this TIPS Contract constitutes Vendor’s consent to the disclosure of Vendor’s comprehensive proposal, including any information deemed confidential or proprietary, to TIPS Members. The proposing Vendor agrees that TIPS shall not be responsible or liable for any use or distribution of information or documentation by TIPS Members or any other party. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies the foregoing.
TEACHING FACILITIES 4.1 The Board agrees to maintain health and safety conditions at each school site in compliance with applicable statutes and/or regulations. Teachers shall not be required to work under unsafe conditions as determined by proper regulatory authority.
Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.
Coronavirus-Related Distributions (CRDs If you qualify, you may withdraw up to $100,000 in aggregate from your IRAs and eligible retirement plans as a CRD, without paying the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax. You are a qualified individual if you (or your spouse or dependent) is diagnosed with the COVID-19 disease or the SARS-CoV-2 virus in an approved test; or if you have experienced adverse financial consequences as a result of being quarantined, being furloughed or laid off or having work hours reduced due to such virus or disease, being unable to work due to lack of child care due to such virus or disease, closing or reduced hours of a business owned or operated by you due to such virus or disease, or other factors as determined by the IRS. A CRD must be made on or after January 1, 2020, and before December 31, 2020. CRDs will be taxed ratably over a three-year period, unless you elect otherwise, and may be repaid over three years beginning with the day following the day a CRD is made. Repayments may be made to an eligible retirement plan or IRA. An eligible retirement plan is defined as a qualified retirement plan, 403(a) annuity, 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity, 457(b) eligible governmental deferred compensation plan, or an IRA. RUNNING OF THE ACADEMY Teachers and staff
Sole purpose of the Concessionaire The Concessionaire having been set up for the sole purpose of exercising the rights and observing and performing its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, the Concessionaire or any of its subsidiaries shall not, except with the previous written consent of the Authority, be or become directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any business other than as envisaged herein.
Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.
PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ALLOTTEE/ SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment/ Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottee of the Apartment/ Plot, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment/ Plot for all intents and purposes.
Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures.
