Teaching Principal. The Board and the Federation agree that no teacher shall act in the capacity of an administrator as a temporary employee unless compensated for the temporary substitution as an administrator in charge of a school. This provision shall not apply if there is anyone on the eligibility list qualified to fill the vacant position.
