Common use of TEAM Clause in Contracts

TEAM. As a selected Xxxxxxx, I undertake and agree during the period of the Agreement to: a) remain under the control, management and direction of the Team Management, or any person appointed by them and, to comply with all reasonable orders given by them, or any other duly appointed person; b) conduct myself in a proper manner to the absolute satisfaction of Team Management and, if I do not do so, I acknowledge that this Agreement may be terminated by SLSSA under clause 12 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the Team and be required to immediately leave the event and return to my usual place of residence; c) travel to and from the event upon the dates and in the manner determined and arranged by XXXXX (if applicable); d) stay in the accommodation determined and arranged by XXXXX during the event (if applicable); e) train and condition as per the instructions from the Team Managment to enable me to compete; f) compete at the event; g) disclose immediately to Team Management any illness and/or injury that may prejudice my proper participation at the event; h) on the occasions prescribed by Team Management wear only the clothing issued by SLSSA or the competition organisers and to wear the uniform prescribed by SLSSA or the competition organisers for athletes at the event; i) not without the prior approval of Team Management and then only in the presence of the Coach or other appointed person, supply any information to the media, including social media for the purpose of use by or in the media whether spoken or written and that I will not without the prior approval of Team Management and or SLSSA conduct any interviews to the media or place information on social media platforms; j) attend all relevant training and other activities arranged by the Team Management and/or Head Coach, unless otherwise excused. This includes all group and individual activities arranged and detailed in the schedule of activities and events. These will be detailed in the schedule and will include such things as availability for SLSSA representative Team selection, commitment to SLSSA events and carnivals as well as Australian Championships. k) Attend media conferences, promotions, displays and other activities arranged by the organisers of the event if endorsed by Team Management unless otherwise excused; l) not consume nor encourage the consumption of drugs, stimulants or other substances with a view to modifying or altering my growth or performance and to abide by the Anti- Doping Policy of SLSA and the ILS as amended from time to time; m) not consume alcohol or illegal drugs for the period, from the commencement of travel to the event until the end of this Agreement in accordance with clause 3, including when travelling to and from the event and during the event other than with the consent of Team Management; n) not participate in any type of demonstrations or propaganda whether political, religious, or racial or in any activity which would tend to reduce the reputation of SLSSA or bring the brand of SLS or the event into disrepute or public ridicule; o) not accept, give or be involved in any way in any inducement or bribe in relation to my performance in the event, or the performance of any other athlete at the event; p) supply my own competition equipment and craft to be used in the event (if applicable). Such equipment must comply with SLSA competition specifications and I will pay for any equipment freight expenses that may occur (if applicable). q) observe and comply with the rules, regulations and policies of the event and of behaviour as laid down, issued or determined by SLSA including SLSA’s Code of Conduct; and r) to be a full financial member of the team, by paying or having sorted a payment plan for any/all invoice expenses by the due date (if applicable).

TEAM. As a selected Xxxxxxx, member of the Team I undertake and agree during the period of the Agreement to: (a) attend and participate in, to the best of my ability all team training sessions, camps, sports science testing and team meetings. Application for consideration of non-attendance at any camp and/or organised activity must be provided in writing and sent to SLSSYD prior to the starting date of the camp or organised activity; (b) remain under the control, management and direction of the Team ManagementManager, or any person appointed by them him/her and, to comply with all reasonable orders given by themhim/her, or any other duly appointed personperson appointed, during the period of the Agreement; b(c) conduct myself in a proper manner to the absolute satisfaction of the Team Management Manager and, if I do not do so, I acknowledge that this Agreement may be terminated by SLSSA SLSSYD under clause 12 13 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the Team Team/Squad and be required to immediately leave the event competition venue and return to my usual place of residence; c(d) travel to and from venues of the event competition upon the dates and in the manner determined and arranged by XXXXX (if applicable)XXXXXX; d(e) stay live in the accommodation determined and arranged by XXXXX XXXXXX during the event (if applicable)competition; e(f) train and keep myself at the highest level of physical condition as per the instructions from the Team Managment to enable me to competecompete at the competition; f(g) compete at the event;event and do so to the highest level I can g(h) disclose immediately to Team Management the Coach any illness and/or injury that may prejudice my proper participation at the eventcompetition; h(i) on On the occasions prescribed by the Team Management Manager, wear only the clothing issued by SLSSA SLSSYD or the competition organisers and to wear the uniform prescribed by SLSSA SLSSYD or the competition organisers for athletes at the eventcompetition; i(j) not I will not, without the prior approval of the Team Management Manager and then only in the presence of the Coach or other appointed person, supply any information to the media, including social media or for the purpose of or use by or in the media whether spoken or written and that I will not without the prior approval of Team Management and or SLSSA conduct grant any interviews to the media or place information on social media platformswithout prior approval of the Team Manager; j(k) attend all relevant Team/Squad training and other activities arranged by the Team Management and/or Head CoachManager, unless otherwise excused. This includes all group excused and individual activities arranged and detailed in the schedule of activities and events. As a selected Xxxxxxx, member of the Team I undertake and agree during the period Period of the Agreement to: a) 4.2.1 remain under the control, management and direction of the Team ManagementManager, or any person appointed by them him/her and, to comply with all reasonable orders given by themhim/her, or any other duly appointed person; b) 4.2.2 conduct myself in a proper manner to the absolute satisfaction of the Team Management Manager and, if I do not do so, I acknowledge that this Agreement may be terminated by SLSSA LSA under clause 12 13 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the Team and be required to immediately leave the event venue and return to my usual place of residence; c) 4.2.3 travel to and from the event upon the dates and in the manner determined and arranged by XXXXX (if applicable)LSA; d) stay 4.2.4 live in the accommodation determined and arranged by XXXXX LSA during the event (if applicable)event; e) 4.2.5 train and keep myself in first class physical condition as per the instructions from the Team Managment to enable me to compete; f) compete at the eventcompetition – to be monitored by the HP manager and National Coach; g) 4.2.6 compete at the event and to do so to the highest level I can; 4.2.7 disclose immediately to Team Management the Coach / High Performance Manager any illness and/or injury that may prejudice my proper participation at the event; h) 4.2.8 on the occasions prescribed by the Team Management Manager, wear only the clothing issued by SLSSA LSA or the competition organisers organizers and to wear the uniform prescribed by SLSSA LSA or the competition organisers organizers for athletes at the event; i) 4.2.9 not without the prior approval of the Team Management Manager and then only in the presence of the Coach or other appointed person, supply any information to the media, including social media or for the purpose of use by or in the media whether spoken or written and that I will not without the prior approval of the Team Management Manager and or SLSSA conduct LSA grant any interviews to the media or place information on social media platformsmedia; j) 4.2.10 attend all relevant Team training and other activities arranged by the Team Management and/or Head Manager and or National Coach, unless otherwise excused. This includes all group excused and individual activities arranged and detailed in the schedule of activities and events. These will be detailed in the schedule and will include such things as availability for SLSSA representative Team selection, commitment to SLSSA events and carnivals as well as Australian Championships. k) Attend attend media conferences, promotions, displays and other activities arranged by the organisers organizers of the event if endorsed by the Team Management unless otherwise excusedManager; l) 4.2.11 not consume nor encourage the consumption of drugs, stimulants or other substances with a view to modifying or altering my growth or performance and to abide by the Anti- Anti-Doping Policy of SLSA and the ILS WADA, as amended from time to time; m) 4.2.12 not consume any alcohol or illegal drugs for the period, from the commencement of travel to the event event, until the end of this Agreement in accordance with clause 3, including when travelling to and from the event and during the event other than with the consent of Team Managementan LSA nominee; n) 4.2.13 not participate in any type of demonstrations or propaganda whether political, religious, or racial or in any activity which would tend to reduce the reputation of SLSSA LSA or bring the brand sponsors of SLS the Team, or the event into disrepute or public ridicule; o) 4.2.14 not accept, give or be involved in any way in any inducement or bribe in relation to my performance in the event, or the performance of any other athlete at the event; p) 4.2.15 supply my own competition equipment and craft to be used in the event (if applicable)event, should this be required. Such equipment must comply with SLSA competition LSA specifications for such equipment; and I will pay for any equipment freight expenses that may occur (if applicable). q) observe and comply with the rules, regulations and policies of the event and of behaviour behavior as laid down, issued or determined by SLSA LSA including SLSALSA’s Code of Conduct; and r) . make timeous payments for any outstanding amounts, with the understanding that if all monies due are not paid by the required date, I shall be removed from the team. If my entry to the event is found to be a full financial member ineligible under the rules and regulations of LSA or ILS, I acknowledge this Agreement may be terminated by LSA under clause 13 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the Team and will be required to immediately leave the event and return to my usual place of residence. If in the opinion of the teamNational Coach / HP manager and after consultation with the Team Physiotherapist/Medical Officer (or any other person appointed by LSA in this capacity) and/or LSA, I am unable to perform at the event to the best of my ability due to injury, illness or any other incapacity, I acknowledge that this Agreement may be terminated by paying or having sorted a payment plan for any/all invoice expenses by LSA under clause 13 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the due date (if applicable)Team and will be required to immediately leave the event and return to my usual place of residence.

TEAM.
