– TEAMSTERS HEALTH AND WELFARE PROGRAMS. 25.01 The Port agrees to provide and maintain the health and welfare benefits listed in Sections 25.02 and 25.03 for all active employees working under the jurisdiction of said Union for not less than eighty (80) hours employment in the previous month which includes all compensable time. In the event of a duty-disability covered under Article 24, the hours requirement shall not apply.
