Common use of Teamsters Legal Defense Fund Participation Clause in Contracts

Teamsters Legal Defense Fund Participation. The Port agrees to deduct from the paycheck of each member covered by this Agreement who has so authorized it by signed notice submitted to the Port, the necessary fee, assessment, and regular monthly fee to provide the Teamsters Legal Defense Fund. The Port shall transmit such fees made payable to “Teamsters Legal Defense Fund” and send to American Legal Services, Inc.
