TEBA Involvement in Grievance Proceedings. 15.16.1. At any point in the grievance procedure, where TEBA determines that the grievance concerns a matter that is more appropriately addressed at the provincial level, TEBA may, at its sole discretion, assume carriage of the grievance process on behalf of the Employer. 15.16.2.
