Technical Assistance and Staff Development. SEDOM may provide technical assistance and staff development services to Member Districts to support the appropriate delivery of special education services to meet the needs of students with disabilities and to support. Member Districts’ compliance with the requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement act, the school Code of Illinois, and any applicable successor legislation or implementing regulations.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall preclude the right of an employee to request specific training.
