Technical Direction and Guidance. Technical direction shall be provided in accordance with NFS Clause 1852.242-70, Technical Direction. Technical monitors may also be designated by NASA for specific tasks placed under the Contract. Only the Contracting Officer can direct changes to the task order. With respect to the overall conduct of the work to be performed, the Contractor shall be responsive to the Associate Administrator of the Office of Space Science or his designee.
