Common use of Technical Information Clause in Contracts

Technical Information. (a) The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such public information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes. The Union recognizes the need for confidentiality of certain information prior to announcements by the provincial government, and such information is excluded from the operation of this clause. (b) The Union shall be provided with a copy of the annual budget approved by the Ministry of Advanced Education.
