Technicians or Technical Bodies responsible for Quality Control. 1.4.1 When requested, the Contractor shall provide evidence of adequate skill, training, experience and resources available to carry out the duties of Contractor and PSCS in compliance with Safety Health and Welfare at Work Xxx 0000 and the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. This includes providing the names of any group, body or organisation that the Applicant’s company is a member of and which promotes and has an involvement in Health and Safety matters. 1.4.2 The Service Provider may call on the RGII or any other competent person or entity in relation to quality control/certification for their work in the Republic of Ireland.

This includes providing the names of any group, body or organisation that the Applicant’s company is a member of and which promotes and has an involvement in Health and Safety matters. 1.4.2 The Service Provider may call on the RGII Safe Electric or any other competent person or entity appointed by Safe Electric in relation to quality control/certification for their work in the Republic of Ireland.
