Testing and certification for compliance is required to the appropriate European Common Technical Requirements (CTR's). Products should be appropriately labeled with the European CE xxxx and any country specific requirements. __X__ Other International Countries - Most countries outside the U.S. require permission (which may be in the form of a license) to be obtained from a local PTT authority prior to connection to a telecommunications network.   • Approvals No authorization, approval or consent of any court, governmental body, regulatory agency, self-regulatory organization, or stock exchange or market or the stockholders of the Company is required to be obtained by the Company for the issuance and sale of the Securities to the Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement, except such authorizations, approvals and consents that have been obtained.
