Telemetry. For each operating hour for which a System Resource is scheduled to deliver energy, and/or energy associated with any of the non-regulating ancillary services to the CAISO Balancing Authority Area, the Host Balancing Authority shall provide, via the ICCP communication links to the CAISO EMS, the data for each System Resource, as set forth in the CAISO Dynamic Scheduling Protocol.
