Common use of Telephone work Clause in Contracts

Telephone work. When an "on call" employee uses his telephone to provide services required as a result of being "on call", he shall be paid for two hours (2) at the overtime rate. Such compensation shall not be claimed more than once during each eight-hour "on call" period, nor shall it be claimed when there is a claim under 16.08 for the same service.
