BSN Differential. Any Institution Registered Nurse who possesses a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing shall be eligible to receive an additional four and seventy-five one hundredths percent (4.75%) of his/her salary rate. To receive the differential the nurse shall submit appropriate verification of this degree to the Institution’s Human Resource Manager. The nurse may begin receiving the differential the first of the month following confirmation by the HRM. MSN Differential. Any Institution Registered Nurse who possesses a Master’s Degree in Nursing shall be eligible receive an additional nine and five-tenths percent (9.5%) of his/her salary rate. Individuals eligible for this differential shall not also receive a BSN differential. To receive the differential the nurse shall submit appropriate verification of this degree to the Institution’s Human Resource Manager. The nurse may begin receiving the differential the first of the month following confirmation by the HRM.
BSN Differential. BSN Differential. The Hospital shall pay a differential of $1.00 per hour to any nurse who obtains a BSN degree.
BSN Differential. A differential of $.50 per hour will be paid to ONA represented 10 nurses who hold a BSN.

BSN Differential. Nurses who earn their Bachelor of Science in

BSN Differential. Nurses with a BSN degree will receive a 31 differential of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour. A bargaining unit nurse will maintain eligibility for the certification differential if the nurse places on file with the hospital a copy of the currently recognized and unexpired certification described herein. In order to be recognized for the certification differential, the certification must apply to an area of the hospital where the nurse works a significant number of hours. A nurse will be understood to have worked a significant number of hours in an area if at least one-half of the nurse’s scheduled hours for the prior four
BSN Differential. A differential of $.$1.2500 per hours will be paid to ONA 3 represented nurses who hold a BSN. A differential of $1.50 per hour will be paid to ONA 4 represented nurses who hold a MSN. Nurses will be eligible for only on advanced 5 degree differential to begin. The differential will commence the first day of the pay 6 period following the date that written evidence of the degree is obtained.
BSN Differential. BSN, MN. MSN or Phd Premium. Effective August 1, 2021, RNs who provide satisfactory proof of completion of a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN), Master of Nursing (MN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), or PhD in Nursing shall receive a BSN differential of $ 1.00/hr. For purposes of this agreement satisfactory proof of completion shall mean a copy of the degree or transcripts, that display the degree awarded and the date of completion, from an accredited educational institution.
