Telework Agreement Updates. Participants will use ETIS to update their telework agreement when participant telework information changes and annually for recertification, including that the participant reviewed the safety guidelines for alternate worksite(s). The USPTO will remind all participants of the recertification requirement annually. The safety guidelines are posted on the Telework Program Office website. Participants are responsible for updating the ETIS to ensure the Program option and address(es) of the alternate worksite(s) are accurate at all times.

  • Framework Agreement 4.1.2.1 The Parties shall enter into a Framework Agreement within 28 days after the Contractor receives the Letter of Acceptance, unless the Particular Conditions establish otherwise.
