Common use of Temperature Control System Clause in Contracts

Temperature Control System. Temperature control system may be either DDC or pneumatic. DDC is preferred unless the owner has other facilities in close proximity utilizing pneumatic controls. The overall system shall provide automatic energy management including but not be limited to such features as automatic setback for nights, weekends and holidays, and automatic variable outside air ratio dampers for economizer or enthalpy control. Thermostat controls shall be located in a locked cabinet in the mechanical room and connected to remote sensors distributed throughout the Leased premises. Humidistats shall be located throughout the Leased premises and provided with locking covers, or located in the return air plenum of the HVAC system.
