Landlord may at any time close temporarily any common area to make repairs or changes in order to prevent the acquisition of public rights in such area or to discourage non-customer parking, but only after providing Tenant with reasonable advance notice (emergency situations excepted) and provided such closure will not unreasonably prevent access to the Premises during regular business hours.
