Temporary Entry Authorization. 1. Each Party shall authorize the temporary entry of business persons, including spouses and dependent on personnel transferred to a company, who are also qualified to enter, in accordance with applicable measures related to health and safety public, as well as those relating to national security, in accordance with this Chapter, including the provisions of Annexes I and II. 2. Each Party shall ensure that the duties imposed by its competent authorities, applicable to applications for an immigration formality, do not constitute an impediment unjustifiable for the movement of nationals under this Chapter. 3. Temporary entry granted under this Chapter shall not replace the requirements necessary to perform a profession or activity in accordance with laws and regulations specific in the territory of the Party granting the temporary entry.

Temporary Entry Authorization. In accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, including that contained in Annex 13.5, each Party shall authorize temporary entry for business persons who comply with existing immigration measures applicable to temporary entry, and other applicable measures relating to public health and safety, as well as those relating to national security.
Temporary Entry Authorization. 1. In accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, including those contained in Annex 13-04, each Party shall authorize the temporary entry of business persons who comply with the other applicable measures relating to public health and safety, as well as those relating to national security. 2. A Party may deny the issuance of a migration document authorizing activity or employment to a business person, in accordance with its legislation, when his temporary entry would adversely affect: a) the settlement of any labor dispute at the place where she is or will be employed; or b) employment of any person involved in such a conflict. 3. When a Party denies the issuance of a migration document authorizing activity or employment, in accordance with paragraph 2, that Party: a) inform the affected business person in writing of the reasons for the refusal; and b) shall promptly notify in writing the Party whose national is refused entry of the reasons for the refusal. 4. Each Party shall limit the amount of fees for processing requests for temporary entry to the approximate cost of services rendered. 5. The temporary entry of a business person does not authorize professional practice.

  • Regulatory Authorizations Each Party represents and warrants that it has, or applied for, all regulatory authorizations necessary for it to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Government Authorization No consent, approval, order or authorization of, or registration, declaration or filing with, or notice to, any Governmental Entity, is required by or with respect to Pubco in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement by Pubco, or the consummation by Pubco of the transactions contemplated hereby, except, with respect to this Agreement, any filings under the Nevada Statutes, the Securities Act or the Exchange Act.

  • Government Authorizations Section 1.1 (a) of the Disclosure Schedule contains a true and complete list of all the Licenses, which Licenses are sufficient for the lawful conduct of the business and operation of the Station in the manner and to the full extent they are currently conducted. Seller is the authorized legal holder of the Licenses, none of which is subject to any restriction or condition which would limit in any material respect the full operation of the Station as now operated. There are no applications, complaints or proceedings pending or, to the best of Seller's knowledge, threatened as of the date hereof before the Commission or any other governmental authority relating to the business or operations of the Station, other than applications, complaints or proceedings which generally affect the broadcasting industry as a whole, and other than reports and forms filed in the ordinary course of the Station's business. Seller has delivered to Buyer true and complete copies of the Licenses, including any and all additions, amendments and other modifications thereto. The Licenses are in good standing, are in full force and effect and are unimpaired by any act or omission of Seller or its officers, directors or employees; and the operation of the Station is in accordance with the Licenses and the underlying construction permits. No proceedings are pending or, to the knowledge of Seller, are threatened which may result in the revocation, modification, non-renewal or suspension of any of the Licenses, the denial of any pending applications, the issuance of any cease and desist order, the imposition of any administrative actions by the Commission with respect to the Licenses or which may affect Buyer's ability to continue to operate the Station as it is currently operated. Seller has taken no action which, to its knowledge, could lead to revocation or non- renewal of the Licenses, nor omitted to take any action which, by reason of its omission, could lead to revocation of the Licenses. All material reports, forms and statements required to be filed with the Commission with respect to the Station since the grant of the last renewal of the Licenses have been filed and are complete and accurate. To the knowledge of Seller, there are no facts which, under the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, or the existing rules, regulations, requirements, policies and orders of the Commission, would disqualify Seller as assignor, and Buyer as assignee, in connection with the Assignment Application.

  • Attorney Authorization Class Counsel and Defense Counsel separately warrant and represent that they are authorized by Plaintiff and Defendant, respectively, to take all appropriate action required or permitted to be taken by such Parties pursuant to this Agreement to effectuate its terms, and to execute any other documents reasonably required to effectuate the terms of this Agreement including any amendments to this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Work Authorizations Before additional work may be performed or additional costs incurred, a change in a work authorization shall be enacted by a written supplemental work authorization in the form identified and attached hereto as Attachment D. Both parties must execute a supplemental work authorization within the period of performance specified in the work authorization. The State shall not be responsible for actions by the Engineer or any costs incurred by the Engineer relating to additional work not directly associated with the performance or prior to the execution of the work authorization. The Engineer shall allow adequate time for review and approval of the supplemental work authorization by the State prior to expiration of the work authorization. Any supplemental work authorization must be executed by both parties within the time period established in Article 2 of the contract, (Contract Period). Under no circumstances will a work authorization be allowed to extend beyond the contract's expiration date or will the total amount of funds exceed the maximum amount payable set forth in Article 3A of the contract (Compensation).

  • New Work Authorization If the Engineer does not complete the services authorized in a work authorization before the specified completion date and has not requested a supplemental work authorization, the work authorization shall terminate on the completion date. At the sole discretion of the State, it may issue a new work authorization to the Engineer for the incomplete work using the unexpended balance of the preceding work authorization for the project. If approved by the State, the Engineer may calculate any additional cost for the incomplete work using the rates set forth in the preceding work authorization and in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.
