Common use of Temporary Fencing and Hoarding Clause in Contracts

Temporary Fencing and Hoarding. D.1.1. If required the Contractor must erect and maintain all necessary hoardings and fall protection for the protection of the Works, persons and property in and adjacent to the Works area. D.1.2. The Contractor is to provide details of hoardings and fall protection to the Principal‟s Representative for acceptance prior to erection, prior to commencement of the works.
