Temporary Relocation of Staff and Tentative Work Schedule a) Lessor shall have the right during construction only to relocate staff the west end of the floor, and the area which will become the new room, to vacant space on the west end on the first floor of the building. Lessor shall be responsible for moving Xxxxxx’s furnishings and providing Lessee with keys for the temporary space. Lessee shall be responsible for providing temporary phone and internet wiring for the relocated staff. b) Lessor and its contractors will coordinate in advance with Xxxxxx’s key staff to make these moves as efficient as possible. If possible, Lessee may, at its own discretion, elect to relocate affected staff during construction to elsewhere within its space, in which case Lessor shall move furnishings for Lessee. c) The tentative improvement schedule is as follows, assuming Board approval of the Lease by September 30, 2009. If Board approval is delayed, the dates below will need to be adjusted accordingly: Relocate staff from west end of floor (Suites 9, 12 16) to downstairs (Suite 6) upon Board Approval by Build new ADA bathroom, waiting area, and reception, and make changes to west end Move downstairs staff back up to floor Relocate staff Suite 14 to elsewhere within flr Probation space (or downstairs) 11/1/09 1/6/09 Demo walls within new multi-purpose room (Suite 14) and install AN equipment Build out new breakroom and do work on east end of floor (Suites 20, 21, 22) 11/9/09 11 Finish carpet installation and painting varies I 12/4/09

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Employees may request alternative work schedules such as a nine (9) day - 80 hour two week schedule or a four (4) day - 40 hour week schedule. Management will respond to an employee's request within 15 calendar days. Any changes from existing work schedules will be based on the needs of the service as determined by Management. Employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act will not be placed on alternate work schedules that mandate the payment of overtime under the Act.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • CLOUD SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 3, Cloud, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 3, Cloud. For the duration of an Authorized User Agreement, the Cloud Solution shall conform to the Cloud Solution Manufacturer’s specifications, Documentation, performance standards (including applicable license duration, warranties, guarantees, Service Level Agreements, service commitments, and credits).   • Certificate of Substantial Completion The Date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof is the Date certified by the City when construction is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so the City of Roanoke, Virginia (City or Owner) can occupy or utilize the Work or designated portion thereof for the use for which it is intended, as expressed in the Contract Documents.
