Temporary Service with Registrar of Voters. Any employee other than an employee of the Registrar of Voters, designated by the Chief Administrative Officer and temporarily assigned to work on a holiday or in addition to his/her regular work shift for the said Registrar in connection with any general, special or primary election, shall be paid in the manner established by this Section.

No co-trustee or separate trustee hereunder shall be required to meet the terms of eligibility as a successor trustee under Section 8.06 and no notice to Certificateholders of the appointment of any co-trustee or separate trustee shall be required under Section 8.08. Part 1 is solicited for TIPS sales that are not considered a "public work" construction project. Part 2 Job Order Contract (JOC) is solicited for projects considered by your TIPS Member Customers to be a "public work" construction project.
