Assigned to Work on a Holiday. A regular full-time employee or regular part-time employee who does work on a designated holiday will be paid for all hours worked at one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay plus “holiday pay”.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. Each full-time or part-time police officer who works on any of the above-listed holidays shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the officer's regular rate of pay for the hours worked on such holiday, in addition to any other compensation for such holiday.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. Employees who, at the request of the Town, report to work on any holidays listed in Article 8.1, shall be paid two times the employee's rate of pay.

A regular full-time employee who does work on a designated holiday will be paid for all hours worked at one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay plus “holiday pay” or, with the approval of the employee’s Department Head, the employee will be paid for all hours worked at the employee’s regular rate of pay and schedule another mutually agreed upon day off with pay within three months following the holiday. Furthermore, any employee who works on the Christmas or Thanksgiving holiday shall receive one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay and “holiday pay” plus an additional day off with pay that shall be mutually agreed upon and taken within three months following the holiday.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. A full-time employee or part-time employee who is assigned to work on one of the days listed in 7.3.1, above, will be paid for all hours worked at one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay. However, a full-time employee or part-time employee who is assigned to work on Thanksgiving Day or December 25 will be paid for all hours worked at two times the employee’s regular rate of pay. The holiday hours will be from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. All full-time employees and part-time employees required to work on the following holidays shall be paid at the rate of one and one half times the employee’s regular rate of pay for the hours worked: Labor Day, Veterans’ Day, and the employee’s birthday.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. A full-time employee or part-time employee who does work on January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or December 25th will be paid for all hours worked at two times the employee’s regular rate of pay. A full-time employee or part-time employee who does work on Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxx (observed) or the Day after Thanksgiving will be paid for all hours worked at one and one- half times the employee’s regular rate of pay. A full-time employee or part-time employee who does work on New Years’ Day - if observed other than January 1st, President’s Day, Independence Day - if observed other than July 4th, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans’ Day, or Christmas Day - if observed other than December 25th will be paid for all hours worked at the employee’s regular rate of pay.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. All work required to be performed on any of the above listed holidays shall be compensated for at two and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay. However, an employee will receive double time payment for all hours worked with another day off with pay for working Christmas Day (December 25th) and Thanksgiving Day.
Assigned to Work on a Holiday. An eligible full-time or part-time employee who does work on a designated holiday will be paid for all hours worked at one and one-half times the employee’s regular rate of pay for the first eight hours (and then two times the employee’s regular rate of pay for all hours worked over eight hours) plus “holiday pay” or, with the approval of the Superintendent of Highways, the employee will be paid for all hours worked at the employee’s regular rate of pay and such employee will receive an equal amount of time off with pay at a mutually agreed upon date within three months following the holiday. If an employee works on December 25th, the employee will receive two times, rather than one and one half times, the employee’s regular rate of pay for the first eight hours and two and one-half times for all hours worked in excess of eight hours, plus “holiday pay”.
