Temporary Transfer and Assignment. 13.01 An employee, who has a particular skill which is needed by the Company to fill a temporary opening, may be temporarily transferred by the Company from one job to another, or to another department, without regard to seniority, provided such opening cannot be filled with a qualified employee.
