Tenant’s Waiver of Rights. In connection with any disputes and legal proceedings arising from this Lease, Tenant waives the following legal rights: 33.1 PREJUDGMENT REMEDY, REDEMPTION, COUNTERCLAIM AND JURY TRIAL. IN THE EVENT THAT LANDLORD COMMENCES ANY SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS OR ACTION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT OR OTHER CHARGES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LEASE, THE TENANT SHALL NOT INTERPOSE ANY COUNTERCLAIM OF ANY NATURE OR DESCRIPTION IN ANY SUCH PROCEEDING OR ACTION.
