Tenure Determination. 33.1 The length of the probationary period for faculty shall be in accord with the provisions of Education Code Section 87600 et seq., and such other laws and regulations regarding the granting of tenure to community college faculty as may be established by the California State Legislature and the California Community Colleges Board of Governors.
