Tenure of Committee. 18.2.3.1 Because of the technical nature of Committee responsibility, turnover on the Committee shall be kept at a minimum. To assure continuity, no more than one-half of the members of the Committee shall be appointed at one time and Committee members shall serve two year staggered terms. Terms of Committee members shall begin July and end in June. A Chair and a Secretary shall be appointed by the Committee.

  • Function of Committee The Committee shall concern itself with the following general matters:

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Meetings of Committee The Committee shall meet up to six (6) times per year. Additional meetings may be scheduled upon agreement of the co-chairpersons. Its members shall receive a notice and agenda of the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent with this Committee. Meetings will be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request to meet.

  • Evaluation Committee A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.

  • Compensation Committee (A) The Compensation Committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members who are not officers of the Company and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Composition of Committee A Union/Management Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Agreement. Where there are fewer than four (4) nurses employed at a worksite, then the number of Union and management representatives may be limited to one each with an alternate.
