Tenure of Officers. All Officers shall hold office at the pleasure of the Management Committee and until their successors shall have been duly elected and qualified, unless sooner removed. Any Officer elected or appointed by the Management Committee may be removed at any time by the Management Committee in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. If the office of any Officer becomes vacant for any reason, the vacancy may be filled by the Management Committee as herein contemplated.

Tenure of Officers. The Chair shall serve at the pleasure of the Executive Board. All other officers shall serve terms of one year.
Tenure of Officers. The Officers of the Company shall hold office until their successors are chosen and qualify, unless a different term is specified by the Management Committee in appointing the Officer, or until the Officer's earlier death, resignation or removal. Any Officer chosen by the Management Committee may be removed at any time by the Management Committee, in its sole discretion, and any vacancy occurring in any office may be filled by the Management Committee, in its sole discretion. Any Officer may resign by delivering his or her written resignation to the Company at its principal place of business. Such resignation shall be effective upon receipt unless it is specified to be effective at some other time or upon the happening of some other event.

  • Duties of Officers Except to the extent otherwise provided herein, each Officer shall have a fiduciary duty of loyalty and care similar to that of officers of business corporations organized under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
