Common use of TERM CONTRACT EMPLOYEE Clause in Contracts

TERM CONTRACT EMPLOYEE. An employee performing classified duties whose employment with the District is via a defined-term contract. Short-term contract employees include hourly, substitute, and temporary employees, and are not bargaining unit members.
