Term of Assumed Obligations. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 6.1 to the contrary, and except as otherwise expressly provided by Law or this Agreement or in any Contract with or on behalf of a bargaining unit to which any IPC Company is a party, Purchaser retains the right to determine after the Closing the number of non-supervisory and supervisory employees it deems sufficient to operate and maintain operations and facilities acquired hereunder, and Purchaser and its Affiliates may, at any time after the Closing, terminate the employment of any Transferred Employee or renegotiate, alter, amend or terminate any agreement or Contract concerning employment or any term thereof, any employee benefit plan, or the participation of any Transferred Employee in any such plan.
