  • Resignation and Removal of Officers An officer may resign at any time by delivering notice to the Company. A resignation shall be effective when the notice is delivered unless the notice specifies a later effective date. Upon the incapacity or death of any Trustee, his legal representative shall execute and deliver on his behalf such document as the remaining Trustees shall require as provided in the preceding sentence.
