TERM OF OPERATION. 16.1.1 The operation term of the Company shall be fifty (50) years from the incorporation of the Company (“Term of Operation”). The Company may extend the term in accordance with Section 16.1.2, or terminate this Agreement before expiration in accordance with Sections 16.2.2 and 16.2.3. 16.1.2 Company may extend its Term of Operation under the unanimous approval of the Board. On such occasion, the Company shall immediately change its relevant business registrations as required by Laws.
