Common use of Term of Performance Clause in Contracts

Term of Performance. a) The period of performance for this sub-task order is from (insert start date) to (insert end date) The Subcontractor shall deliver the deliverables set forth in Section A.5 in accordance with the Statement of Work in Section A.4 to the (designate receiving person) in accordance with the schedule stipulated therein. b) In the event that the Subcontractor fails to make progress so as to endanger performance of this fixed price sub-task order, or is unable to fulfill the terms of this fixed price sub-task order by the approved completion date, the Subcontractor shall notify Chemonics forthwith and Chemonics shall have the right to summary termination of this fixed price sub-task order upon written notice to the Subcontractor in accordance with the incorporated FAR Clause 52.249-8, Default (Fixed-Price Supply and Service)
