Term of the Participating Addendum a) Initial Term: The initial term of the ACS will become effective on the last date the document is signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and shall be effective through September 30, 2024, unless terminated earlier, in accordance with Exhibit A: Additional Special Contract Conditions or Exhibit B: Special Contract Conditions.
