TERM OFAGREEMENT. 1.01 Unless otherwise stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain in full force and effect until the thirty first day of July 2012; A.D. or until a new Agreement is reached in accordance with the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act for the Province of Nova Scotia, or this Agreement is amended by mutual consent of the parties.
