TERM OFAGREEMENT. 1.1 The term of this CCAP Agreement shall be for one year beginning on July 1st, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020 and requires annual renewal each year by July 1, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with Section 19 of this Agreement.
