TERMINATION AND NON-RENEWAL. Termination of contracts by the Board shall be in accordance with Section 3319.16 of the Ohio Revised Code. Non-renewal of limited contracts shall be in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.11 except that the term “evaluation procedures” as used therein shall mean those procedures established pursuant to Article V of this Agreement and not to the procedure specified in the Ohio Revised Code Section 3319.111. Supplemental contracts shall be automatically non-renewed annually in accordance with Section 3319.11 of the Ohio Revised Code.
