Termination for Convenience in Whole. AT&T may at any time, for its own convenience and without cause, by providing Supplier written notice of at least **** prior to the effective date of the termination, terminate this Agreement in whole without any further liability to Supplier except as set forth herein. The termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not affect the obligations of either Party to the other Party pursuant to any Order previously executed hereunder, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue to apply to such Order as if this Agreement were still in effect. Likewise, termination or expiration of the Master Agreement shall not affect the obligations of either Party to the other Party pursuant to this Agreement or any Order thereunder, and the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement shall continue to apply to this Agreement or any Order thereunder as if the Master Agreement were still in effect. For the avoidance of doubt, (a) such termination of the Agreement shall not relieve AT&T of any obligations for any minimums under the Agreement and, (b) the provisions for termination of Services under an Order for convenience by AT&T shall be as set forth in each Order.

  • TERMINATION FOR CAUSE BY CITY 4.05.1 If Contractor defaults under this Agreement, the Director may terminate this Agreement after providing Contractor written notice and an opportunity to cure the default as provided below.
