Common use of Termination Hold Status Clause in Contracts

Termination Hold Status. Nothing herein shall preclude the COUNTY from terminating this Contract for convenience or for default. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Contract, in the event either COUNTY or CONTRACTOR terminates this Contract for convenience or for default, COUNTY shall suspend referrals of children to CONTRACTOR and remove, or cause to be removed, all Placed Children from the CONTRACTOR’s supervision. In such event, no DCFS/Probation local agency grievance policies and procedures will occur.
