Termination of Online Banking Service. You may terminate your Online Banking Service by sending written notice to: TrustTexas Bank, SSB XX Xxx 000 000 X. Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 We must receive your notice at least five (5) days in advance of the termination date. We may terminate the Online Banking Service or your participation in this service at any time with or without notice to you. We may terminate your Online Banking Service without prior notice to you if we, within our sole discretion, suspect fraud or other illegal activity. We may also do so if you do not meet any of the terms and condition of this agreement, any of the Account Agreements, a credit agreement, or any other agreement with us. If you do not sign onto the Online Banking Service or request a transaction for any six (6) month period, we reserve the right to cancel your Online Banking Service without notice. To reactivate the Online Banking Service, you will need to contact your local TrustTexas Bank, SSB office. Upon termination of your Online Banking Service, all pending payments or transfers will be cancelled.

Termination of Online Banking Service. In the event you wish to discontinue using Online Banking, please provide written notice to Bank of Labor, 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx XX 00000. The Bank will then cancel your User ID and Password. Once the Bank has acted on your discontinuation notice, you will no longer be able to access Online Banking without completing the enrollment process again. The Bank may terminate your use of Online Banking at any time for any reason without prior notice. The Bank reserves the right to cancel the Services to all customers without prior notice. Bank of Labor’s Online Xxxx Pay and e-Xxxx Presentment Terms and Conditions This Agreement is between you and Bank of Labor ("Bank") and governs the use of the Online Xxxx Pay Service ("Online Xxxx Pay") and e-Xxxx Presentment ("e-Bills") services (jointly referred to as "Services") on this web site. When you enroll your account(s), you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you are a Business, you also agree to execute the Certificate of Resolution Authorizing Use of Internet Banking ("Resolution"). (Bank will send you the Resolution at your request or upon your acceptance of this Agreement.) All provisions contained in this Agreement apply to both Consumer and Business accounts unless otherwise specifically stated.
Termination of Online Banking Service. ‌ This Agreement remains in effect until it is terminated by either you or us. You may remove your consent or otherwise terminate this Agreement by notifying us of your intention to cancel your access to and use of the Online Banking Service. See the “Contact Us” information at the end of this Agreement. If you choose to terminate this Agreement and want to ensure that any outstanding authorized payment or transfer is not made, you should cancel all scheduled payments or transfers prior to notifying us that you are discontinuing the Online Banking Service. Please note that your cancellation of the Online Banking Service under this Agreement does not terminate your Pacific Western Bank accounts. Conversely, if you close your designated Pacific Western Bank account(s), your Online Banking Services will end, and all unprocessed transfers and payments will be canceled. There is no fee specifically associated with cancelling Online Banking Services and/or this Agreement. We may suspend or terminate your Online Banking Service at any time, with or without cause and without affecting your outstanding obligations under this Agreement. We may immediately take this action if: • You breach this or any other agreement with us; • We have reason to believe that there has been or may be an unauthorized use of your account or Code or Password; • There are conflicting claims to the funds in your account; or • You request that we do so. For security purposes, online banking access may be terminated after eighteen (18) months of inactivity. Amendments to Online Banking Service(s)‌ The Bank may change or cancel any of the Online Banking Services at any time without cause, subject to applicable laws and regulations. We may amend this Agreement by sending you advance notice of the amendment. All notices we send to you will be deemed delivered when mailed to the last address the Bank has on file for you. Electronic communications by us to you will normally be deemed to be equivalent to written communications, but any electronic communication will not cause an amendment to this Agreement unless specifically stated in the communication.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Before using any Telephone Banking Service, please read the terms and conditions set out below, which govern your use of such service. By using your TBS Access Code to operate the Telephone Banking Service, you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below and will be bound by them.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Termination of the Services You may, by written request, terminate the Services provided for in this Agreement. We may terminate your use of the Services at any time. In the event of termination of the Services, you will remain liable for all transactions performed on your account.
