Termination of Sick Leave. 8.6.1 An employee who has been placed on paid or unpaid sick leave may return to duty at any time during the leave, provided that he/she is able to resume the assigned duties, and if the leave has been for more than twenty (20) working days, provided that he/she has notified the County Office of his/her return at least three working days in advance.
