Common use of Termination of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Termination of Sick Leave. If, at the conclusion of all sick leave and additional leave, paid or unpaid, granted under these rules, the employee is still unable to assume the duties of his/her position, he/she will be placed on a re-employment list for a period of thirty- nine (39) months in the same manner as if he/she were laid off for lack of work or lack of funds.
