Termination of the Lease In terminating the Lease, the following procedures shall be followed by the Authority and Tenant:
License Termination Customer may terminate the license for an ICA Program at any time on one month's written notice to IBM. For ICA Program licenses that Customer acquired for a one-time charge, replacement licenses may be acquired for an upgrade charge, if available. When Customer obtains licenses for these replacement ICA Programs, Customer agrees to terminate the license of the replaced ICA Programs when charges become due, unless IBM specifies otherwise. IBM may terminate Customer’s license if Customer fails to comply with the license terms. If IBM does so, Customer’s authorization to use the ICA Program is also terminated.
OPERATION OF PROPERTY DURING AGREEMENT PERIOD The Seller will continue to operate the Property and any business conducted on the Property in the manner operated prior to the Agreement and will take no action that would adversely impact the Property, tenants, lender, or business, if any. Any changes, such as renting vacant space, that materially affects the Property or the Buyer's intended use will be permitted only with the Buyer's consent.

C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract. License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.
Termination for Concessionaire Default 37.1.1 Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, in the event that any of the defaults specified below shall have occurred, and the Concessionaire fails to cure the default within the Cure Period set forth below, or where no Cure Period is specified, then within a Cure Period of 60 (sixty) days, the Concessionaire shall be deemed to be in default of this Agreement (the “Concessionaire Default”), unless the default has occurred solely as a result of any breach of this Agreement by the Authority or due to Force Majeure. The defaults referred to herein shall include:
License Duration The duration of your license to a Product will be for a perpetual or limited term, as specified on an order. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable order, (a) if a “Perpetual” interval is specified for a Product, you will receive a license to that Product in perpetuity; and (b) if a “License Term” is specified on an order, you will receive a license to the Products listed on that order for the period specified on the order, commencing on the date of delivery of those Products.
Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL 7.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
