License Duration definition

License Duration means the period of time during which this Agreement is valid. It is stated on Your invoice for the purchase of this license.
License Duration is by default one (1) calendar year, unless stated otherwise on a quotation or invoice related to the purchase of SOFTWARE. In that case, the quotation or invoice shall have precedence and define the length of LICENSE DURATION.
License Duration means the duration of the license grant specific to a particular Software license, which duration is either a Perpetual License or a Term License.

Related to License Duration

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.
