Cancellation of License Agreement. The License Agreement is a legal and binding contract between the Licensee and the University for the full Fee Period. Any Licensee who wishes to terminate the License Agreement is responsible for completing the Cancellation Request located in the Resident Center, found on the University Housing website. Notifying any other university office does not satisfy Licensee’s obligation to submit a Cancellation Request via the University Housing Resident Center.
Cancellation of License Agreement. If circumstances change and Student seeks termination of this Agreement pursuant to the terms of a housing exemption, the Student may request cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with subsections A-C below. To request cancellation, Student must notify GW Housing in writing by completing the “Housing Cancellation Request” form via GW Housing e-Services. Student may be charged a cancellation fee. If Student cancels their housing prior to or during the Fall semester, Student’s housing assignment shall also be terminated for the spring term.
Cancellation of License Agreement. A. Cancellation Prior to Paying Housing Application Installment Students who apply for on-campus housing are required to pay an application installment. A student may cancel his or her application before this payment is submitted; in this case, no cancellation fee will apply. A cancellation request must be submitted through the on-line application or by submitting a completed Cancellation Request form to University Housing Services prior to payment.
B. Cancellation Prior to Published Cancellation Deadline The Licensee may cancel their Housing and Dining Commons License Agreement online through the application website or by submitting a cancellation request form to University Housing Services by published Cancellation Deadlines. The Licensee’s cancellation fee is $250 ($175 to the University for the Rent Portion of the contract, and $75 to University Enterprises, Inc. for the meal plan [Board] portion of the contract.)
Cancellation of License Agreement. The License Agreement is terminated effective as of the effective date of this Purchase Agreement and shall thereupon have no further force or effect.
Cancellation of License Agreement. A Graduate Student may request cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with subsections A-C below. In the event of a cancellation, Student must notify GW Housing in writing by completing the “Request to Cancel the Graduate Housing License Agreement” online form via GW Housing e-Services and may be charged a cancellation fee. Should Student, after withdrawing or taking a leave of absence, re-enroll at the University during a period covered by the Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall again be in effect unless Student is granted exemption by the Assistant Xxxx of Students for GW Housing & DSA Financial Services or a designee.
Cancellation of License Agreement. This Agreement is a legally binding contract and may not be terminated or suspended by Student for any reason including, but not limited to: financial aid need, desire to commute from home, medical reasons (other than as required by law), delay in receiving a housing assignment, lack of understanding that this Agreement is binding, changing circumstances or opinions about housing, the GW Dining Plan, or a special licensed space or room type request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Student experiences a change in circumstances and Student seeks to request termination of this Agreement pursuant to a housing exception set forth on the CLRE website, the Student may request cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with requirements set forth on the CLRE website. To be considered for cancellation, Student must notify GW CLRE in writing by completing the Housing Cancellation Request form via GW CLRE eServices. Be advised that Student may be charged a cancellation fee. If Student cancels their License Agreement prior to or during the Fall semester, Student’s housing assignment shall also be terminated for the Spring semester.
