Common use of Termination of Trial Upon Notice Clause in Contracts

Termination of Trial Upon Notice. Sponsor and/or CRO reserves the right to terminate the Trial for any reason upon thirty (30) calendar days written notice to Institution and Principal Investigator. Upon receipt of such notice, Institution and Principal Investigator agree to promptly terminate conduct of the Trial, to the extent medically permissible, for all Trial Subjects. (1)
