Common use of Termination Slip Clause in Contracts

Termination Slip. It shall be mandatory that the Employer furnish and complete termination slips for any Employee who is terminated, giving one to the Employee, returning one to the dispatching hall at the time of the termination and retaining one for the Employers' records. Each termination or layoff slip shall show the actual reason for termination.
