Terms Modification. Provider may revise this Agreement from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on the Provider website. If a revision, in Provider's sole discretion, is material, Provider will notify Customer (by, for example, sending an email to the email address associated with the applicable account). Other revisions may be posted to Provider's blog or terms page, and Customer is responsible for checking such postings regularly. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, Customer agrees to be bound by the revised Agreement. If Customer does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, Customer may terminate the Services within 30 days of receiving notice of the change.

If a revision, in Think Power's sole discretion, is material, Think Power will notify Customer (by, for example, sending an email to the email address of the Think Power contact with the customer). If Customer does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, Customer may terminate the Services within 30 days of receiving notice of the change.

If a revision, in Contractor's sole discretion, is material, Contractor will notify City and possibly request that an Amendment to this Agreement be agreed upon and signed. If City does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, City may terminate the Services within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of the change.
Terms Modification. Cygnet OurDrive may revise this Agreement from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on the Cygnet OurDrive for Business website. If a revision, at Cygnet OurDrive's sole discretion, is material, Cygnet OurDrive will notify you (for example at the email address associated with the applicable account). Other revisions may be posted to Cygnet OurDrive's blog or terms page, and you are responsible for checking such postings regularly. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. If the Customer does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, the Customer may cancel the Services. If the revision is material and Customer cancels before the effective date of the revision, Cygnet OurDrive will refund a pro rata amount of any fees Customer paid in advance for the Services for the unused portion of the term. If the End User does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, the End User must stop using the Cygnet OurDrive for Business account. Customer may grant approvals, permissions, extensions and consents by email.
Terms Modification. Diligent may wish to revise this Agreement from time to time. If a revision, in Diligent’s sole discretion, is material, Diligent will notify Customer and possibly request that an Amendment to this Agreement be agreed upon and signed. If Customer does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, Customer may terminate the Services within 45 days of receiving notice of the change and Diligent shall provide the Customer
Terms Modification. Host Compliance may wish to revise this Agreement from time to time. If a revision, in Host Compliance' sole discretion, is material, Host Compliance will notify Customer and possibly request that an Amendment to this Agreement be agreed upon and signed. If Customer does not agree to the revised Agreement terms, Customer may terminate the Services within 30 days of receiving notice of the change. Entire Agreement. The Agreement including the invoice and order form provided by Host Compliance, constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Host Compliance with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes and replaces any prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. If there is a conflict between the documents that make up this Agreement, the documents will control in the following order: this Agreement, then the invoice, then the order form.

If a revision, in Lookout's sole discretion, is material, Lookout will notify Customer through the Administrative Console with Subject "NOTICE - AGREEMENT MODIFICATION" or, as otherwise by notice sent to Customer's address on record by Lookout. Other revisions may be posted to Lookout website (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal), and Customer is responsible for checking such postings regularly. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, Customer agrees to be bound by the revised Agreement. If the amended Agreement includes any material adverse changes to Customer's rights or obligations and Customer does not wish to continue using the Cloud Security Services under the terms of the Amended Agreement, Customer may cancel the Services by providing Lookout written notice within thirty (30) days of the availability of the amended Agreement. Otherwise, no waiver, amendment or modification of any provision of this Agreement, and no variance from or addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in any Order or other written notification, shall be effective unless in writing and agreed to by the parties hereto.
