Common use of Terms of Employment for Federal Projects Clause in Contracts

Terms of Employment for Federal Projects. 1201 Salary and Payment. Unit members employed in federal programs which do not correspond with the teaching year will be paid a salary equivalent to the salary they would receive if they were a regular teacher in the district with the salary being computed on a per diem basis for the period in which the project is financed by the federal government. This per diem rate will be determined by dividing the salary schedule placement by the number of days in the current contract year but the salary will be paid in equal amounts for the monthly periods included in the project.
