Terms of Employment. In the course of negotiating a sale or purchase agreement or a contract for services, Te Pūkenga will endeavour to obtain employment for affected kaimahi and will raise in discussions with the new employer the following matters: a) Whether or not the new employer will make offers of employment to Te Pūkenga kaimahi and if so, whether kaimahi will be offered employment in the same capacity. b) Whether the conditions of employment offered will be the same or no less favourable than kaimahi conditions of employment. c) Whether service with Te Pūkenga will be treated as continuous service with the new employer; and d) Any conditions relating to superannuation under the employment being terminated.
