Terms Requiring Amendment. Any modification of the Performance Frameworks requires an amendment that must be agreed to and executed by both Parties. Each Party must vote on this amendment in an open public meeting prior to execution of the amendment. The School will submit the requested amendment to all entitled to notice in Section 2.02 and request that the Authorizer place the amendment on the agenda of the Authorizer for approval.
